How does the Free tier work?
The Free plan includes one Drupal space with a 24-hour auto-archive — perfect for trying things out. You'll get a cold start (~5-8s wake) on idle. No credit card required, and you can upgrade to Starter or Pro at any time to keep your space alive.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter ($20/mo) gives you one always-saved Drupal space with cold-start wake on idle — great for personal sites, prototypes, and low-traffic projects. Pro ($60/mo) keeps your spaces always-on (zero cold start), lifts the user and content caps to unlimited, and bumps bandwidth and API calls for production traffic.
How do the Backups and Priority Support add-ons work?
Backups (+$10/mo per space) runs nightly off-platform backups of your database and user files into Cloudflare R2 with 30-day retention — downloadable from the dashboard, toggleable per space on Pro and paid Starter. Priority Support (+$50/mo) is an account-wide upgrade that drops your support response SLA from 24 hours to 1 hour across email and chat.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Are there usage limits I should worry about?
No user, content-type, content-item, bandwidth, or API-request caps — all tiers are unlimited on those. The only per-space limit is disk storage: 4 GB on Free and Starter, 20 GB on Pro. If your site approaches the storage ceiling we'll reach out with options (prune media, upgrade to Pro, contact us for a custom allowance).
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Starter is $200/yr and Pro is $600/yr — about 17% off the monthly rate. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
